How fresh are your cookies?
All of our cookies are freshly baked to order. We bake your cookies as close to shipping time as possible to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.

How long does it take to bake and ship my order?
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to bake. Once baked, orders are shipped immediately. Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. Typically 2-5 Business Days.

How much are shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

How should I store my cookies once they arrive?
For best freshness, store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days. Cookies can also be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all cookies are baked fresh to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once baking has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged or late?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.


Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! You can place your order online and select Pickup at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive pickup details and timing.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available with a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies.

How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is $15 within a 20-mile radius.

How far do you deliver?
We currently deliver within 20 miles. If you’re unsure whether you’re in range, feel free to message us before placing your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order in advance to guarantee availability, especially for custom orders or large quantities.

Can I change my pickup or delivery time after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once your order is in production.

What if I need a rush order?
Rush orders may be available depending on availability. Message us before ordering to confirm.
